The activities of MiG exchange offices are controlled by the Almaty city branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you have any comments regarding the work of the exchange office, please send complaints to the address: 050000 Almaty, st. Panfilova, 98 (postal address of the territorial branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan). To consider your complaint, please provide the following information:
- last name, first name and middle name (if any) of the applicant;
- individual identification number;
- applicant's address;
- exchange office address;
- the name of the legal entity that has the right to carry out exchange operations (its branch) that opened this exchange office;
- content of the complaint;
- date and time indicating when the violation was committed by the exchange office;
- last name, first name and middle name (if any) of the cashier of the exchange office.
To file a complaint, the signature of the complainant is required.
According to p. 1 of article 23 of the RK Civil Code "The legal representatives shall commit any transactions on behalf of the minor persons under the age of fourteen (preteen)". Based on the aforesaid «MiG» LLP retains the right to refuse foreign currency exchange transactions commitment to persons under the age of 14 years old.
To file a complaint, the signature of the complainant is required.
Due to sharp fluctuations of the exchange rate, when conducting transactions by phone, the execution time of the order shall be discussed on an individual basis. After the agreed-upon time we do not guarantee previous rates.
Count your money before leaving the cashier's window office! According to decision #58 by the Board of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2001: "On the approval of Rules for conducting cash operations, safe deposit operations and operations for cashing banknotes, coins and valuables in second- tier banks and organizations performing certain types of banking operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan", customer complaints on the shortage or identification of doubtful banknotes or coins, are not subject to fulfillment if the money has not been counted by the customer at the currency exchange window before leaving the cashier's office, or in a specially designated place for recalculation in the presence of a cashier.
